assignment 05 - framework forms / structurings

Two splines derived from a substructural sketch provide the 'section' of the framework model. These two splines are divided into an equal amount of points from which polylines (truss members) are constructed. These splines are intended to form a spacetruss from which a range of structural evaluations in STAAD software can be made. The STAAD evaluations address the benefits of increasing sectional depth within the model. As spans increase, how does a cross-sectional amplification affect overall deflection?

STAAD analysis: structural failure at every level?
